Juvenile AGM 2023

The Juvenile Committee of Cumann Droichead an Chláirín would like to inform you that the 2023 AGM meeting is set for Tuesday, December 5th 2023 at 7.30pm at the Clubhouse. 

Nominations & Motions.

In preparation for the 2023 AGM, a nomination form is attached and can be downloaded here. You are invited to nominate any club member for the position/s described thereon and submit motions.

Please note the following:

• If you wish to nominate an individual for any position, make sure that he or she is a club member and that the individual is interested in taking the position.
• The nominator and a seconder must complete a single nomination form but may make several nominations on the same form.
• Any person taking a position as manager or mentor to a team will need to be vetted by An Garda Síochána under Child Protection Legislation and complete appropriate Child protection training. (if not already completed)
• Only current members are eligible to submit nomination forms.

Completed forms should be scanned and returned by email to clarinbridgejuvsec@gmail.com or Senior Club Secretary at secretary.clarinbridge.galway@gaa.ie no later than 6.00pm on 3rd of December 2023.
AGM reports and nominations will be made available in advance of AGM.
