Clarinbridge GAA Club are saddened to learn of the passing of Billy McGrath RIP.
All his life he loved nothing better than to talk about hurling and will be sadly missed in the club and community.
Billy was heavily involved in GAA circles throughout his life and was a committed and passionate man on and off the field. Billy was a remarkable team manager and was the first man to manage Clarinbridge to a Senior County Title in 2001. Billy served as Club Delegate for many years and was also involved with the Galway Intermediate team. Originally from Frenchfort, Billy initially began his hurling career with Oranmore before moving to Moyvilla.
All in Clarinbridge GAA Club would like to express our deepest sympathy to Billy’s wife Marion, sons Damian & Liam, daughters Karen & Martina and extended family.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
