Hurling & Camogie Easter Academy 3rd - 5th April: Clarinbridge GAA and Camogie Clubs are hosting an Easter Hurling and Camogie Academy in association with Ward and Burke and Sei Bella Hair Design during Easter. A big turn out with over 75 kids in the U11-13 groups signed up. Thanks to all the helpers, particularly the coaches and first aiders - it promises to be a great few days for all involved.

Underage Hurling Training: The underage hurling training is back up and running again on Friday evenings. There was a great turn out last Friday with Left Latte back in attendance keeping the energy levels up with plenty of rice krispes buns!! There is training again this Friday at 6pm.County Minor Hurlers: Congratulations to the Clarinbridge Minor Hurlers & Mark Kerins who were involved with the Co Minor team that defeated Laois in their second Co. minor match in Leinster.  It was a very strong win. They will now play Kilkenny this Friday 7th April in UPMC Nowlan Park, Kilkenny @5pm. Streaming details to follow during the week. Best of luck and safe travels to all involved.

Club Spring Clean: On Saturday 15th April between 10am-1pm the club will be hosting a Spring Clean with a number of jobs/projects to be completed. All ages welcome for however long you can attend. Wear appropriate clothes, footwear and bring good gloves and tools for cleaning and painting!!

  • Under 20 League Match: Wednesday 5th April: In Oranmore-Maree - Oranmore-Maree V Clarinbridge @6pm
  • Minor Challenge: The minors will play a challenge against Calasanctius College, Oranmore on Friday 7th April at 4.45pm in Clarinbridge.
  • U15 A Championship: Play Castlegar this Thursday 6th April at 6.15pm in Clarinbridge. Best of luck lads!!


Last Week Results: 

Parish League: Well done to Lavally who were crowned Parish League 7-a-side champions in an enthralling final on Wednesday evening. Well done to all who participated!!

Senior & Intermediate League Matches Results: The Senior & Intermediate teams kicked off their league campaigns last weekend. With very much experimental sides involved in both teams it was great to see so many new hurlers getting to cut their teeth in the Senior & Intermediate teams. With some long-term injuries to players and those involved with the various Co set ups these matches will give the players vital experience at playing against top teams.

  • Saturday 1st April: In Meelick-Eyrecourt - Meelick-Eyrecourt (0-13) Vs Clarinbridge (7-22)
  • Sunday 2nd April: In Clarinbridge - Clarinbridge (2-9) Vs Ahascragh/Fohenagh (2-17)
  • U15 Championship: The U15 team had a stellar win over Michael Cusack's last Thursday evening in what was a thrilling encounter on a score line of 2-16 to 2-14. Well done lads keep it up!!
